Delete Your Account in the App
If you create or link a BiteRadar account for backup and sync, you can delete the account from inside the BiteRadar app. Open the backup or account area, choose the account actions menu, and select the delete account option. The app will ask you to confirm before deletion.
What Is Deleted
When account deletion is completed, BiteRadar deletes server-side data associated with that account, including synced catch log entries, synced fishing sessions, favorite species mirrored to the server, cloud backup metadata, and backed-up catch photos where applicable.
Local data stored only on your device may remain on that device until you delete the app, clear app data, or remove entries manually. Subscription purchase records are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and may remain available through those providers for purchase history, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.
Request Deletion From the Web
If you cannot access the app, you can request account and associated data deletion by contacting us at onionsoftcontact@gmail.com.
Please include the email address or sign-in provider used for your BiteRadar account. We may ask for additional information to verify that the request belongs to the account holder before deleting data.
Data We May Retain
Some limited records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or transaction records. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
